Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
• You purchased the license directly from WP Honcho (not through a third-party marketplace)
• The product has a technical issue that we cannot resolve
• The product doesn't work as described on our website
• You're not satisfied with the product for any reason

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at your dashboard
2. Navigate to your purchase history
3. Click the "Request Refund" button next to the purchase you wish to refund
4. Optionally, provide a reason for the refund (helps us improve)
5. Submit your request

Refund Processing Time

• Approval: Refund requests are typically reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days
• Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed immediately through Stripe
• Bank Credit: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Subscription Refunds

For monthly and annual subscriptions:

• First Payment: Eligible for full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
• Renewal Payments: Refunds for renewal payments must be requested within 7 days of the renewal charge
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
• No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months

After Your Refund is Processed

When your refund is approved:

• Your license key will be immediately deactivated
• You will lose access to plugin updates and support
• The plugin will continue to function on your site, but will not receive security or feature updates
• All registered domains will be unlinked from the license
• You may repurchase the license at any time in the future

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Refund request submitted more than 30 days after purchase (except renewal payments within 7 days)
• Purchase made through a third-party marketplace or reseller
• License has been used fraudulently or in violation of our Terms of Service
• You simply changed your mind after the 30-day period
• Technical issues caused by incompatible third-party themes or plugins (that we disclosed on our product page)
• You didn't read the product description or documentation

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect patterns of abuse, including:

• Repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product
• Requesting refunds for multiple products simultaneously without valid reason
• Using refund requests to access products temporarily without payment

In cases of suspected abuse, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future purchases.
