    Zelle emails you

    Your Zelle payment notification is forwarded to an email parser such as Zapier's Email Parser.

  2. 02

    Order number and amount are read

    The parser pulls the order number and amount from the email and sends them to your store’s secure webhook.

  3. 03

    The plugin checks the amount

    If the amount matches the order total, the order moves to the status you choose: Processing, Completed or On Hold.

  4. 04

    Anything off gets flagged

    Overpayments and underpayments stay On Hold with a note. Every payment is logged on the Payment Receipts screen.

Secured with a secret key you can regenerate at any time. Duplicate notifications are ignored.

Does this connect to Zelle or my bank?

No. Customers send the payment from their own banking app, and the money goes straight to your bank account. There is no API, account connection or extra processor involved.

Can the amount be filled in automatically?

Zelle doesn’t support links that pre-fill an amount, so the plugin shows the exact total and the order note clearly, with a copy button for the note. The QR code from your bank opens your Zelle profile so customers don’t have to type your email or phone.

Where do I get the QR code link?

In your banking app, create a Zelle QR code for receiving payments, scan it with another device to get the link, and paste that link into the plugin settings.

How do orders get marked as paid?

With manual processing, which is recommended, orders stay On Hold until you confirm the payment. You can also turn on the webhook so Zelle payment emails, read by an email parser such as Zapier’s, confirm matching orders automatically.

What if a customer sends the wrong amount?

When the webhook is on, the plugin compares the payment with the order total. Over- and underpayments keep the order On Hold with a note explaining the difference, and every payment is logged on the Payment Receipts screen.
